Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can also choose the number of deliveries for your subscription. While you’re not able to choose which bouquet you will receive, we will select the freshest option for your delivery date. Every arrangement is designed to create an on-trend look you won't find anywhere else! Depending on your plan, (Classic, Seasonal, or Luxe) you will always receive a bouquet valued between 10%-25% more than the cost of your subscription plan. For subscriptions with more than six deliveries, some bouquets may repeat.
Yes, you can! Upon setting up an account, you can go into your subscriptions dashboard at any time and adjust your settings to pause your next delivery date and let us know the next best delivery date.
To update your delivery address, log into your UrbanStems account and enter your new address under the account management dashboard.
We offer both Ongoing and Prepaid payment plans. If you choose Ongoing, you will be billed according to the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). If you choose Prepaid, you will be billed for all deliveries when you first place your subscription order.
Shipping is always free on your subscription orders!
Depending on the day you first choose for your flower delivery and cadence, we’ll deliver on that day for all future deliveries. So, if you get your flowers delivered on Thursday bi-weekly, you’ll get another flower delivery two weeks later on a Thursday.
Upon setting up an account, you can go into your subscriptions dashboard at any time and change the note for your next delivery.
Once you make an account you can make changes like reschedule your next delivery, see all the dates for your upcoming deliveries, change the delivery address, modify the gift message, or update your payment info in your subscriptions dashboard.
