How many gifts are considered a bulk order and can I get a discount?
Any order of 10 or more items is considered a bulk order. Our team is happy to work with you to create a custom proposal based on your needs. We will pair you with one of our specialized concierges, who will determine a unique proposal based on your needs. We offer discounts based on many factors, including order size, shipping location, and more.
Do you offer custom products with my company logo?
Our team is happy to create tailored gift options for you – we love engaging in the creative process! With enough lead time, we can offer company logos on specific gifting options.
Where can you ship to and do you deliver every day of the week?
Send Ribbon by UrbanStems is available within the continental United States. We do not deliver to Hawaii or Alaska. At this time, we do not deliver orders on Sundays and Mondays.
Do all items in the order need to be the same product, or can I pick my own assortment for personalized gifting?
The makeup of your order is completely up to you! Our team is here to help you achieve your gifting dreams. Your concierge will work with you directly to help ensure everything is to your liking. Yes, pricing includes shipping and tax. Shipping prices are dependent on the order and sales tax is applied based on the jurisdiction of the recipient.
How far in advance do I need to place my corporate order?
We generally recommend placing your order two weeks in advance of your desired delivery date.
Can I track my shipments?
