Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that works best for you - every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. When you purchase a subscription, you’ll also decide how to pay: either on a Pay-As-You-Go basis or pay upfront for a set number of deliveries. If you choose the Pre-Paid option, simply select how many deliveries you’d like to gift or enjoy!!

Absolutely! Our 3-month Pre-Paid subscription is a popular gift option for celebrating special occasions, but you can tailor the gift to your recipient’s needs. Choose the delivery frequency and duration to craft a subscription that suits them perfectly. It’s the gift that keeps on blooming!
Can I pick which bouquet I receive? How are bouquets selected?
For your first delivery, we’ll hand-select the freshest arrangement available to match your delivery date. After that, we’ll send you an email before each delivery, allowing you to choose from our current seasonal collection. If you prefer to be surprised, simply select that option, and we’ll send one of our favorite designs! Either way, you’ll always receive stunning, on-trend florals that you won’t find anywhere else.
Can I pause my subcription?
Yes, you can! You can easily pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard. It’s a great way to take a break without canceling, and you can resume your subscription at any time when you’re ready for more blooms.

Yes! You can update your delivery address and order note anytime through your subscriptions dashboard. It’s perfect for sending flowers to different people or places for special occasions - all while enjoying the free shipping and savings that come with your subscription.
How do I change my payment details for my subscription?
To update your payment details, log into your account and navigate to your subscriptions dashboard. From there, you can easily update your payment information for future deliveries. Be sure to make any changes before your next billing cycle to ensure a smooth transaction.
How do I change the tier of my subscription?
If you’d like to upgrade your plan, we’ll cancel your original subscription, then ask you to purchase a new plan. Please [email protected] confirm the email that you used to purchase the original subscription. We’ll cancel your current subscription right away. Can I apply a discount code to my next subscription delivery?
Yes! To apply a discount code to your next subscription delivery, log into your account and visit the subscriptions dashboard. From there you can apply the discount code to your next delivery.
How do I change the tier of my subscription?
To upgrade your subscription, simply contact us at [email protected] and provide the email associated with your current subscription. We’ll cancel your existing subscription and guide you through purchasing your new plan and tier.
How often will I be billed?
We offer two payment options: Pay-As-You-Go and Pre-Paid payment plans. If you choose Pay-As-You-Go, you will be billed according to the delivery schedule you select (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks). You will be billed 7 days prior to your delivery date. If you choose Pre-Paid, you will be billed for all deliveries when you first place your subscription order.
Do I earn rewards for my subscription orders?
Yes, every subscription order earns you points in our loyalty program. You can redeem these points for discounts on future non-subscription purchases. Check out your rewards balance by logging into your account.

Shipping is always free on your subscription orders!
What day will my flower subscription be delivered on?
Depending on the day you first choose for your flower delivery and cadence, we’ll deliver on that day for all future deliveries. So, if you get your flowers delivered on Thursday every 2 weeks, you’ll get another flower delivery two weeks later on a Thursday.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your subscriptions dashboard. Simply log into your account, navigate to your subscription settings, and select Cancel Subscription.
