The first step is to choose the books you want to feature in your bouquet. They can be brand new or gently used books, but it’s important to make sure they are in good condition and can be easily held together. Step 2: Get Your Gear
Before getting started, make sure you have all your materials in front of you. Now this is where the magic happens! Start by placing your largest flowers around the books. Tuck greenery and filler stems behind and between the books to add volume and texture. But be mindful of balance and make sure the florals frame the books rather than overwhelm them. Try experimenting with layers and heights to create depth in your arrangement. If you’re using a bouquet like Poppins, incorporate its standout elements, such as bright roses or lush greenery, for added dimension.
Step 6: Add a Finishing Touch
Carefully wrap the entire arrangement with cellophane or an additional layer of floral wrapping paper for extra stability. Tie a ribbon around the base to secure everything and give your bouquet a polished, beautiful finish. For an extra touch of charm, attach a handwritten note or bookmark to the ribbon!
