At UrbanStems, we stand with the LGBTQ community, both during Pride and beyond. This Pride Month, we partnered with The Trevor Project. Founded in 1998, the Trevor Project is the world's largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ youth. What began with a short film has transformed into a national movement and a renowned organization that serves as a force for good in the world.
We are proud to support all of the incredible work done by their team. From crisis intervention hotlines to suicide prevention trainings, their work offers guidance and resources to members of the LGBTQ community. Their hotline helps thousands of individuals every year and remains their primary resource for youth in crisis. This service is bolstered by their numerous digital resources and a social network for LGBTQ youth called TrevorSpace, which reaches over 100 countries worldwide. Hundreds of thousands of young people in the LGBTQ community have been helped by both the online and in-person resources provided by the Trevor Project.
